The Second Artillery Corps (SAC) is the strategic missile forces of the People's Republic of China. The SAC is a major division of the People's Liberation Army that controls China's nuclear and conventional strategic missiles. China's total nuclear arsenal size is estimated to be between 100 and 400 nuclear weapons.[1] The SAC is comprised of approximately 90,000-120,000 personnel and six ballistic missile brigades. The six brigades are independently deployed in different military regions.

i dont know where you get your information from... but the best ballsitic missile in the world is the Topol-M (Russia) which carries 6 MIRV warheads (multipule impact re-entry vehicles) the Topol-M can dodge defence missiles... can the DF-25 do that? XD LOL dident think so... the Topol-M is shielded to survive both physical and EMP attacks... Russia has 378 Topol-M's which are mobile and over 5,100~ silo based missiles all of which are capable of reaching around the world!... Russia has the greatest army on the planet... i like China and everything... but lets be honest here China takes almost all of its military designs from Russia!
