Fuel pump on while ignition?

It is very good work!
First time ever that someone is explaining all procedures in Lake!
A question for this procedure: are you using fuel pump ON while ignition. I have La-4-200 Buccaneer and procedure is fuel pumo ON for 6-10 seconds, mixture LEAN, start engine, when ignition mixture RICH

  That sounds like the hot start procedure. Cold is starting with the mixture rich. Please see the engine start - hot video for the other procedure.
