it works like this:
its always the same tune, playing a ful scale of notes...but on different levels...so actually what you hear is on low cdefgahc one higher cdefgahc and the higher it gets, the weaker one hears it. the mind murphs this sound to one sound because its the same note on a different "octave", but on the next run, he concentrates on the higher one. try to jump to the back of the video to figure this out

it works because the very last note is one note befor the 1st note but up two full tones... for example
1st note A
2nd note B
3rd note c etc etc etc the last note would have to be a G so that upon replaying the video we start the sequence again and or mind 9because the notes are in order) assums that the pitch stays the same too!
Befor i tried this, i knew that replaying the video befor it reaches the end it would not work and i was right!
try it...Replay half way thru!

First Time Audio illusion
I hav seen so many ..Video or image illusion....
but ..Audio..illusion First Time..it's same music ..bt..our Ears... hears it differently..each Time..Tries to Compare with Previous round of Hearing..

Post such Some more Illusion...if u Have..
