The Texas GIANT @ 6 Flags is seriously not fun. It's crazy. Extremely bone jarring. The cars fly off the tracks. The whole time yr just trying not to get hurt. It's like a horror movie.
Don't get me wrong, I had more fun then you.
This was spring break 2006.
2 days after filming, Six Flags flooded, and this coaster was underwater.

    I actually enjoyed this coaster. But I last rode it around 1990, so it may be much rougher now. The wooden ones never give the same ride twice!

    I've always thought The Grizzly at Paramount's Kings Dominion has the most bone jaring ride.

      I guess someone told me that it's rebuilt a little every year. But then by the end of the season it's feeling overly rickety again.

      So the best time to ride is at the beginning of the season, when the park just opens.

      I wouldn't do it again though. Not even to punk a friend. It's wasted time when you can ride the Titan over and over again. THAT'S fun! It was the 3rd tallest in the world when I rode.

      Must have been built since I was last there - I don't remember one called the Titan. Now that I live in Minneapolis, which is waaaayyyy off the beaten path, I won't be riding any coasters for a while. :(
