    This is extremely old news, and it just some old man trying to get attention from his garage-'invention'. Can't believe tv-networks doesn't check something like this.
    HHO gas or "Klein-Gas" or "German Knall-gas" (many names) which it is also called was first produced in 1966 and is simply a mixture of Hydrogen and Oxygen. The gas burns when there between 4% and 96% hydrogen in the mixture. The two components are split from water using electrolysis (as in this example).

    The exact principle that this man shows, is used in the industry today (and have been for more than 20 years) when reparing glass with a socalled 'wet torch'.

      yes its true it was invented in the philippines, but the person dissapeared some says murdered, other claim it was bought by big oil companies, other said its a hoax, scam. but think about this. what will happen to billions worth of investment in oil industry that even country invade other country for oil, and until now big investment in oil refining in siberia is going on the biggest - so even give that person 100million is nothing or hire an assasin. this green car they are making its all planned for the next generation.

      The energy needed to split the water molecules via electrolysis is greater than the energy you get back from burning (rejoining the molecules back into water) the "fuel." Kind of silly that no one mentioned this. Its simple physics. Thats why this technology hasn't, and never will, be used to produce so called clean fuels. Hydrogen is definitely an alternative but we need to use less energy to produce it than it gives us back. This guy probably pays thousands on his electricity bill, for a little backyard entertainment.
