Great Start
Im only 13, and new to parkour, or i guess free-running in this case, but i can already do most of this stuff. The only things that i cannot do are the sideways backflip things that the 1 guy does and also one of the variatoins of the king kong vault. If they keep practicing though, they should do pretty good.
