Old School
This is an old trick that I was taught when I was little. How we were taught was to get inbetween a passage way... where a door could go...ya know... and press on both sides of the walls with the top of your hands. (hands facing in) for 30 SEC. It does feel cool though.

or what you could do that probably dosent hurt as much is put them inside your pockets and push out as hard as you can for like 30 seconds and it feels so weird.
