Again you show your lack of real knowledge about the subject. You just set the minimum size, and maximum size to 4096. Which means you now have a file on your C: drive called pagefile.sys that is 4 gigabytes large. And it will not shrink or increase in size. Therefore your hard drive has 4 gigs less space. This is not temporary storage the way you have it configured.

what your saying is true about pagefile.sys.
but i insist on it being temporary

appleoddity is telling the truth and by doing that cbviously u ahve less space but u also are making ur computer faster in a way which it was not built for and in the long run it is not as usefull as it may seem at the time

Silly video. This will absolutely not speed your PC up in anyway possible. Virtual memory is what your PC uses when you dont have enough real RAM! Its to be avoided at all costs! It means your hard drive begins to act as a replacement for a lack of RAM in your PC. And your hardrive can be compared to RAM. Like a turtle can be compared to a rocket ship. This is nonsense stuff. The use of virtual memory slows your PC down but you must have enough of it to make up for your lack of real RAM. Please ignore this video and leave your system set to "system managed" size for best performance.
