  • Someone call the feds

Every magic shop in the nation is defacing money. This folding quarter can be purchased on Ebay for $15.00.

High end magic shops sell quarters for $20.00 - $30.00

Altering money for entertainment purposes has been a cornerstone of magic for hundreds of years. You've never seen a magician tear a bill in half and restore it.. do you honestly think he's restoring it? Or switching it?

However, I thank you for your comments, and more importantly thank you for watching.

  • Cool, however most countries

(including the USA) have laws forbidding defacing currency in any way. (On the other hand - ever been to the top of Empire state building - there is this machine where you put in a penny and a quarter and it will press out a commemorative 'medalion' out of the penny, taking your quarter as payment for this) I'm wondering how these machines can be legally operated?
