      Hi - Firstly thanks for watching - ok you can download winrar which is a trial. it will open up the file for you and in 30 days time it will ask you to pay. so download winrar and use it to extract the files. when you have extracted it then go to "control panel" and go to "add/remove progs" and uninstall winrar.

      you dont need to give any credit card details or anything to download winrar.

      if you need any more help just let me know and i can walk you through each step.
