What it really appears to be is:
A deer was struck in the road by a vehicle, probaby a plow. Then as the roads were being plowed it was moved to the side of the road.

From the looks of the tracks and the posture , someone may have gone off the road. Maybe tried to avoid the deer. The deer may have died from a heart attack due to rapid heart beat in the cold weather. Or was stuck under the auto in that position? Good vid. Death always leaves a question mark. ?>
