    i did everything on video and i pluged the controller in and held the ps button to turn on. then i went on game controllers but when i pressed a button nothing happened. and i restarted my pc. pls help. and does your ps3 have to be on for it to work

    • No PS3

      Try shutting your PS3 off in the back, so the controller doesn't turn it on by accident. And when you plug the controller in, the light should flash at all times, the player assignment light.
