Im german and understood that, it was not Eminem that died but one of his best friends. In the 23rd second the comentator says: "Auf dem weg ins Krankenhaus stirbt eminem's freund". That means: "Eminems friend died on the way to the hospital". I loved his music...start up again eminem.
