      how can you gain weight when you laugh... think about it.
      you are not eating anything, or adding anything to your body
      you are doing exercise

      If i remember rightly, 5 minutes of heavy laughing is about the same as 30 minutes of brisk walking.

      laughing is fantastic exercise
