  it is very easy, the voltage output of USB of ur pc is 5 volts, and LEDs are also can be lighted up by 5 volts. but small current. connect all of them in parallel together just like resistors, then find the (negative) and
  (positive) of your usb by multimeter DC type. then connect to LED terminals, that is all.
  a simple search on Google u can find what is parallel type, if you don't know about electricity, it is very easy.
