Simple.
The simplest of truffles... just a dark chocolate ganache and some confectioner's sugar. Many varieties of the truffle exist, but this is by far the easiest. I think however that your ratios were a little off... 200g of chocolate to 175ml cream seems a bit much... I normally go for around a 2:1 ratio for chocolate to cream for a harder ganache... it's a little tougher to work with but forms better balls. For example, a recipe I usually use calls for 455g dark chocolate and 235ml heavy cream.
