Perform the recommended reps for each bodyweight exercise in order until you complete a total of 500 reps. Try to finish the whole workout routine as fast as you can with good form. Make sure that you time yourself.

Here is your ranking:
10-15 minutes: Amazing. Your are Tough Enough
16-20 Minutes: You are in great shape.
21-30 Minutes: You are just average.
31-40 Minutes: You should work out more.

    great program Arnel. I m in the 3rd week of ur program and i really love it. The thing is that i m having probs in pull ups. I tried ur alternatives but i cant understand if i hv to do all of them or only some of them.
    It would be really gr8 if u can tell me the number of reps for those exercises.
    Also can u tell me some exercises to particularly target my chest.I could do them on interval training days.

    Hey Arnel; I have been doing the 300 Spartan workout twice or three times a week for about 2 months now, I LOVE IT. Totally changed my Gym habits! Thanks alot.

    My question for you is, Do you do any warmup before doing these types of workouts? 10 minute jog or anything? Sometimes I am fatiguing quickly and struggling through the 2nd round and someone suggested I do a warmup..

    What do you recommend?

    About 30 years of martial art practice, i wasn't fat.
    But i had one year of too good food and the global shape was changing.
    I found your programm very interesting and i'm on the 10 th week and it works but i have difficulty to put on weight, even if i eat a lot and have carbo hydrat in powder etc. but with out testo or amino acid..
    What can i do to have 5 kilos more.?

    Hey ARnel i've been doing your routine since the beginning of january, i just wanted to know if it's o.k that i do your routine, before i weight lift. because my regular routine, is 6 minute warm up on the bike machine, Then do your weekly routine, then WEight lift for about 90- 2 hours- then CArdio for 25-30 mins a day.
    I just wanted to know if the Bands are o.k Before my weights and cardio.. THanks a Lot !!! I'm going to try to this 500 routine against my friends..
