a truly athletic art form
there's no reason why breakdancing shouldn't be in the olympics. it's a global phenomenon, and these people are just as physically able as any gymnist.

  2. Breakdance shows style and power moves in ground, Gymnastics has heights.
  3. Not many people are interested in breakdancing than in gymnastics.
  
  Breakdancing is fun and has lot of major competitions, such as BOTY, Red Bull BC One, UK Championship, FSS Competitions, etc.....

Ya'll gotta recognize the orginal term
It's actually called b-boying. came from the african word "boinging" or something like dat. Means to hop or jump. And girls that do this too are called b-girls. The media called it breakdancing. If it were to go into the olympics it should only be under power moves. Cause that's what ya'll are recognizing as the amazing strength that it takes to do this dance.

  this is breakDANCE, not gymnastics or martial arts. Junior has strength, can do versatility of power moves, such as fingertip pushups, hollowback pushups, flexible worm, strong arm power. But he doesn't dance to the music and loses lot of times. He lost to Ronnie twice year 04 and 05. He lost to Darkness and physicx.

The most amazing display I've ever seen! I love how pumped the crowd is too! I agree about Junior. His strength is unparalleled - he really should be an olympic gymnast - but the other dudes are better dancers.

PS Ballroom dancing is an olympic event - why not this?
