I uploaded this movie once just letting the joke say itself, but it got rated a two, there was some good work put into this so I completely RE CUT and RE EDITED IT. This is not a content duplicate, I have taken the original two-rated one off.
This is a satire on the state of half of the commenters on metacafe, and a guide for the way that they comment. I didn't make the joke as obvious last time, so there it is. Satire means that it is a sarcastic thing making fun of something, in this case a "ukranian commenting guide" making fun of the way a lot of people on metacafe comment. .
