Don't you guys think that we should have a campaign to force FIFA to have the world cup every 3 yrs instead of 4? Think about how many world cups re you are going to see on your lifetime. Not enough!!!! This way instead of having 3 world cups in 12 yrs, we’ll be able to see 4. I don’t think a world cup every two yrs will be doable because there are so many countries playing football professionally, and all of them will want a chance to compete for a spot on the cup. But every three yrs will be more realistic to achieve.. We can collect signatures all over the world and send it to FIFA. That will be enough pressure, I would think

Its too bad we didn't have a camera view even with the goal line. Try to freeze the frame when the attacker's foot just hits the ball. Thats the only one that counts. Now mentally shift the angle to be straight along the goal line. Is it possible that the edge of the ball is still touching the plane of the goal line?
If I was on the field I would probably call it out but I don't see clear conclusive evidence that the field call was wrong.
Note that the ball was up in the air after the attacker kicked it. A few frames later it looks clearly out, but it is above the line and the angle makes it look out. notice the shadow of the ball on the line. When it hits the ground it is touching the line and rolls along the line. Trace it back to its starting point.
Note also that the AR has an angle that is even worse that we do. I don't know why he stayed with the second defender and didn't stay with the ball. Perhaps he expected to make an offside judgement if the ball came back out.
And of course, there are three defenders standing there watching. An attacker is challanging the keeper for the ball near the goal line and three attackers stand there outside the penalty area and watch.
It is easy for me to freeze the frame and stare at it. The guy on the field had to decide in a moment and watch for offside.

This is a portugal championship match between Sp.Braga and Paços de Ferreira. I was in the stadium almost in the other side of the field more than 100meters of 328 feets, and I really saw the ball out... And we are talking about one of the most expensive stadiums of Europe ( 184 million €, almost the same thing in dollars), and we may have a great stadium, but if the show is not fair, we are waisting all that millions!!!!
