Amazing series
The guy is Jonathan Rhys Meyers, a well known Irish actor who features in films such as The Mission Impossible films and Bend It Like Beckham, and he's playing King Henry VIII

The clips are from a TV show called the Tudors, shown on American Showtime and British BBC, about the reign of King Henry VIII in England.

And the reason she won't let him finish in her is coz he's the King and is already married to Catherine of Aragon (Natalie plays Anne Boleyn) so she can't risk getting pregenant with the kings illegitamate baby. And as for the condoms, there was no such thing in Tudor times.

  But at the same time, King Henry VIII was a very dominant person and Anne actually resisted Henry's seductions because her sister was a mistress of his. I'm sure that the drama has been overdone, but the show is fairly factual in almost every case.
