i been practicing everyday and still can't get it

plz help do you S**k in or blow out

i really want to do this whistle its awesome but im having some difficulties...so 1st u put your lip on the bottom row of teeth then push jaw out then u put tounge on top row slightly but when i blow my tounge moves away from my teeth a bit is that supposed to happen...

so u put your tounge on the top front teeth right....everytime i blow my tounge moves off my front teeth? is that supposed to happen?

hey, i can't do it, is it possible to be because my teeth on the bottom aren't straight?, please tell me if the teeth are the problem
