how did you measure the rpm of the motor and how did you tell if you reached overload with the motor stalled?
By redwire1 1257473642I used an optical sensor. The first microcontroller counts the pulses from the sensor, the second drives the motor. When the first microcontroller cannot receive any pulse from the sensor, for 2 seconds, the motor was blocked. In this case the second microc. stops the driving signal for the motor.
