I just found out I can learn how to dance Samba with Louis van Amstel of the hit TV show Dancing with the Stars as my own personal dance instructor... how cool is that?

The best part is, I will be able to lose those extra little love handles and excess weight that I have been carrying around with me lately and I'll have lots of fun while doing it.

My best friend, who bought the full 8 lesson video set about a month ago, is already dancing Samba like a star. She says that the Samba dance steps are really easy to learn and that I can practice them in the privacy of my own home, which is great because I am probably going to look rather foolish for the first few Samba dance lessons.
