You can use RealPlayer to doenload flash video online, but then if you intend to use the vids for anything else you will have to convert the file type (from .flv to AVI or MPG,etc.) I use ImToo video converter.

Orbit works. I have used it for months. No spyware detected by either Windows Defender,Adaware 2007 or Spybot

I've been using orbit downloader for about 6 months now and i've never had any spyware/virus problems. It may be under that list because i believe it has a p2p function that you can enable.
