I just read a few of your posts and most of you are idiots. Yes you cannot get that body without roids, that doesn't mean it doesn't take dedication. He has more than any of you have at anything, I bet hes in the gym at least 4 hours a day on just weights, thats not including the strict diet.

Yeah man.... bodybuilding is an art. I'm training my self too, have been for a year. I tell ya, there is a lot of food that you need to eat to get big, I'm just 170lbs and I eat 3200 calories... imagine this guy, and he has like 5% bodyfat... he must be eating around 7000 calories. What makes it an art, is when to eat that food... how to eat it, and what NOT to eat. I bet all of you he hasn't eaten at a fastfood joint or any pizzas for the past 4 years, that's how much of a dedication it takes.
