It's is when one person diverts shame / guilt / self-worthlessness unto somebody or something else other than himself. I am not a Ronnie fan but neither am i an opposer. He does eat fast food but only during the off season, in his video Cost of Redemption you see him eating fries, that's probably the only thing close to fast food though.       Coleman is the greatest bodybuilder in the world. personly i dont thinks he's been taking roids. He's a great athlete with good genetics. He's gotten that far by training HARD for several years. 20 or so. He's also eats real good. IT IS possible too get that big without roids.       I have someone that finally agrees with me, but not on some certain topics for example steroids. Yes, steroids is a big issue (let's put GH, insulin, etc in this category). You said it is possible to get that big without steroids, You are 100% wrong, no make that 200%. How can it be natural to carry 285 pounds of PURE lean muscle without steroids? IFBB contests aren't drug tested and that is another proof as of the IFBB bodybuilders taking steroids. They might not abuse it like many people but they have/are taking steroids.     There is no way Ronnie can be on roids. body builders that take oids are big and weak. athletes like football players and baseball players that take them are much smaller and still very powerful. Ronnie is pure athlete, period. i would love to see any other "proffesional" athlete dead lift 800lbs not once but twice.     I just read a few of your posts and most of you are idiots. Yes you cannot get that body without roids, that doesn't mean it doesn't take dedication. He has more than any of you have at anything, I bet hes in the gym at least 4 hours a day on just weights, thats not including the strict diet.

I tell ya, there is a lot of food that you need to eat to get big, I'm just 170lbs and I eat 3200 calories... imagine this guy, and he has like 5% bodyfat... he must be eating around 7000 calories. What makes it an art, is when to eat that food... how to eat it, and what NOT to eat.       First of all I do sports as a proffesion so I know what I'm talking about.

      Second, look at his stomach when you look at him from the side, that's fat and allot of it. Now, don't tell me that's just his muscles "falling out" because then you will just make a fool out of yourself. Weight lifting increases your body mass both by adding muscles and by adding fat tissues.

      As a proof, look at boxers. Good boxers never lift weights, maybe 1-2 pounts weight to punch with but that's it! Weight lifting adds unneccesary mass that will just slow them down.

      I bet this guy is very strong but he can't do S**t with his strength.
