Storm chasers document a 15 foot storm surge from Hurricane Katrina in Slidell, Louisiana, which engulfs their vehicle and forces them to a second floor balcony. This video features the entire duration of the storm, from the outer bands through the devastating storm surge. Sadly, many of the homes and other buildings in the south side of Slidell were destroyed.
