Other words that come to mind: Dense, heavy, ponderous. It seems like his chest development is not as good as it should be. When he turns sideways you can see that his pectoral muscles seem a bit "flat". Perhaps that is because of his overly puffy stomach. Was this video taken recently? Regardless, he had a great career and is now staring down the barrel of age and having to cease his anabolic steroid intake. Bodybuilders can have a difficult time aging well. We'll see....
