My friends and I went camping on the Cape Fear River, we caught over 100lbs of catfish on the fist day using a NC JUG LINE. Want big fish, heres a how to video, and then we finish the day up by cutting, cleaning, and cooking the catfish.

  Way to go! I have never used a copperhead for catfish bait, but they will definitely eat practically anything. I have even caught them on Ivory Soap. We don't usually use the weight line here in central Georgia, but just toss the baited jug overboard and let it go. We catch a lot of gar fish this way too. We also use a trot line a lot for catfish too.
