Depending on the words you use on German->English part of the Google Translate tool, if you enter english text in box, this tool confuse and translates Germany as Canada or Australia in some cases.
There are probably more, but I found about these two after no more than 2-3 minutes of experimenting.
Product of this mistake could be really REALLY wrong translation

Sorry for slow typing, I was holding my camera with one hand and typed with another :)
Also, sentences maybe sound little strange, but those are the words that cause tool to produce errors
