Where You Live Is Who You Are. Designer Philippe Starck and developer Jorge M. Perez have found a way to embody the ultimate in contemporary living in one extraordinary building. Their inspired collaboration symbolizes the new standard for contemporary design in Miami Beach - ICON.

Icon brought innovative concepts where the original owners were able to choose from four different interior design packages by Philippe Starck. These package included options such as flooring, lighting, closet systems, window treatment, and other accessories.

Located next to Murano Grande, Icon consists of two towering tiers with 36 and 41 floors with spectacular views of Downtown Miami, South Beach, the ocean and the Biscayne Bay. One, two and three bedroom units are available all with floor-to-ceiling windows.
