  you have to download it in word 2003 and then use it in word 2007 or anyother program... but microsoft never added the speech tools in office 2007 for some reason

  you have to download it in word 2003 first then it will work in 2007 for some reason microsoft never included the speech tool in word 2007...: )

  i don't think microsoft added it in the 2007 version. I'm using it too and i didn't see any "Speech" button. I tried in the menu --- word options - costumize - all commands and i didn't found it

you will not qualify for producers rewards because this is a screen recording. I did the same thing a couple weeks a go and they didnt accept it because it says it in the qualifications
