That was really quite rude, seriously, but it was back in the 80's or somewhere around there.... and they made fun of contestants a lot. If you put on GSN, you see the hosts even kissing (a few times on the lips) the ladies that come on the show, and hug and get close to each other. It's a different world now, though, but I agree with you.
