    Toyol is "Made" from unborn babies, usually from purposed A******n by the bomoh ( witch doctor ).....usually the dolls are thier "inactive" condition or idle mode. but what i have encountered before is its usually green and more like a toddler.. malay witchdoctors usually use it for stealing money from people. ( i wondered why don't they ask the toyol to steal the bank???!! LOL ) ...anyway, yup, in asian this is a common paranormal "thing"
