After seeing a magazine ad for a body building course, Goofy sends away for it. Weight lifting is the first course... Goofy struggles and finally gets the weights up, only to have a fly land on them. The weight of the fly is too much for Goofy to beat, and sends him crashing down several levels in his apartment building. He's just as successful with chin-ups, where the bar itself goes up and down. Goofy then entangles himself in a rubber resistance device, which sends him off like a sling shot through the building and equipment.

    • They were just a less sophisticated form...

      Sixty years ago the Great Depression was still fresh in many people's minds and then recovering from World War II...funny, new day same shi't. That's why fantasy is so popular today too. Unfortunately the messages and special effects are much more sophisticated now then way back then.
