Time Is Up is a montage of airplanes, art, and archives. It is also a tribute to my brother, who was visiting and traveling by airplane, around a time when international security was crazy, even a year after 911. Along with severe security, our home state of Minnesota's determined-to-be Senator, Paul Wellstone, dies with his wife and daughter in a tragic plane crash/accident, arising incredibly enormous anxiety, stress, and fear for those who were flying at the time, as well as the loved ones of those who were flying.
