When you shine a strong laser at the photo sensor of a streetlight it makes the light turn off. This is potentially hazardous so please be careful! The laser used in this clip is a CNI. I have provided a screen shot in this video of the cheapest place to get a laser of similar strength. Remember never to shine a laser into a moving vehicle! You can go to jail for doing so. Seriously.
