The name of the movie is "Class"... it's from 1983 and has a young Rob Lowe in it. If I recall correctly it was one of the first movies to get the then-new PG-13 label, specifically because of this scene. In fact if I further recall correctly, this scene was put in -so- that it would get a PG-13 rating, as that was the age group it was meant to appeal to. And even to this day, they put content into movies that might get a PG rating specifically to grab the PG-13 rating, so that their movie isn't seen as a kid's movie (which is all that gets PG ratings anymore... and like nothing gets a G rating.)
