This Poor Kid from Liberia had a Tumor growing on his face for 10 years. Since he didnt have hospitals where he lived it grew out of hand

OMG!
That is terrible, we need more people to give a stink and HELP un-helped people in poor countires, altough US does need some help as well. Its a bad cruel world :(
