is a great car, I had it 15 years ago, I dont like the new models, too chunky.

crx was turbo, end of story. No sprayin was done, and the driver of the Nsx did nothin wrong while shiftin. a crx vtech while boostin can be a very dangerous vehicle, Nsx if bein stock, had no shot., and NO Nsx is not the fastest japanese made car. No turbo, no speed. Supras, Skylines, Japanese tuned Rx-7s, EVO

an NSX could never be the fastest japanese made car. supras can kick an NSX's ass with out mods to its engine

One of those has a turbo, its hard to tell which just by the sound but it's unmistakable. You can hear it spool up durring accel, then the wastegate pops durring shift. I'd guess the crx simply because nsx's generally have belt driven superchargers on them due to heat and engine bay size issues if they get modified. Excluding the nsx driver missing a gear or just being a bad driver, he "should" have won given car stats based on power to weight ratios.
Conclusion? The crx is indeed turbo'd just like the title says?

And yes no vtec comes turbo stock, but there's like this whole big wide industry that sells turbo's for all kinds or cars aftermarket. =)

it damages me to see this, though I admit it was hilarious.

is onli guna last for bout 1 year longer toward the end of each gear the valve aing opening fast enuf, thus damaging the cylinder coz there aing unuf to fully combust... i can tell this with a slight clicking noise

i have a civic v-tec turbo with many other mods and that is very quick and judging by the sound of the crx that is tuned 2 f*** aswel. the nsx sounds standerd so im not surprised it got blown.

The CRX Dude is my friend and this was his first test after assembling all of his CRX ... my FATness weights more 15kg than his... his car is Turbo, and have similar power of the NSX .... 300hp ... but CRX is about 400kg lighter ... DUHHH .... there was no downshifting .... i floored my 2nd gear at 5500rpms ... he floored his ... and he only started to go away after the CRX begin having some traction .... in 3rd.... grow up and learn more about cars.....

that CRX was using turbocharge maybe using the B18C or B16B engine normally can get over 300HP ++ but the NSX stork car is not that power enough more the weigh is too heavy for short speed....

the Nsx yes a great car but highly over rated and the crx yes a super butt ugly car but a decent poor man racer the sound from the crx was a downshift into a lower gear which is why there was a sudden push and a grating sound.also the drvier of the Nsx was fat and his cameraman was probably fat too so the nsx had to do some serious pulling so thats just futher proves fat people shouldnt race

Its just Vtec,Honda doesnt have turbo in Vtec motors,its a Formel 1 technology.

My friend has a integra that he turboed, so Im guess the Cr-x has a B16A DOHC VTEC and has bolted on some aftermarket turbo, when they start the race u hear the turbo spool up then thats when the external wastegate is released creating the very loud engine sound. Im 17 n i dont mind crx's but id rather a 1989 R32 nissan skyline Gtr ova a dam Honda!

Funny how in their country they can just roll down the window and have a race with a random person (assuming they don't know eachother). Abstractly thinking, I hardly ever, if never, see that kind of interaction take place here in the United States, or atleast not in New England. People here will give you the time of day, maybe, but not a hell of a lot else in the way of uninhibited conversation. People are too paranoid and egotistical. I guess it's a different story in the south and midwest.
