Basic English
A familiar scenario: the only eggs you have left in the fridge expired over three weeks ago, but you need eggs for your recipe NOW!
You could play "Russian Roulette" and crack each one open and sniff the inside of the shell to see if you can tell if it might be bad or take your chances by cooking it anyway and tasting it afterwards to see if it's spoiled. UGH! There's a better way!!!
Use the tips seen here in the video and you are assured that you will find the freshest egg in any carton in moments--cool, huh?
**ALSO: The slower the egg, the closer to being rotten it is. When in doubt, THROW IT OUT!
### At the end, the phrase "Bon Appetit" is missing the second letter "P", so enjoy the laughs when you read "Bon APE TIT" :)
