It was always weird for me that this "trick" to make the eviolin sound like an eguitar is unknown to most people...
It is mahgillion times easier to play the violin and sound like a prodigy when connected to a mixer, trust me!
...the thing is, that (i know from experience) the sound of gained e-violin gets realy irritating after 10 mins, an e-guitar sound does not.3921672- 0

- great stuff
real cool guy, F**king excellent for his age, won 8 classical competitions. great kid, nice break to shred, and he mimicked the guitar solos on his violin from hendrix's version of all along the watchtower. he shouldnt sing though.
