    Argentina and Brazil will always be rivals in football to the end. They are America’s best football teams followed by Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay...and then the rest. What was funny about this commercial was to see one of Argentina’s best players, Maradona, having a dream of him being a Brazilian and being part of the Brazilian team (wearing the Brazilian jersey and all …ha, ha, ha, ha) it was just a “bad dream” because of the amount of alcohol (I’m guessing beer) he had. Who wants to see a Pelé or a Ronaldinho wearing an Argentina jersey anyway (don’t ask this question to a Brazilian ha, ha, ha, ha). This was just a joke putted into a commercial, nothing more. You people are the ones making it a great commercial by arguing and fighting for some other things that are not even related to this funny commercial, ha, ha, ha, ha.
    Like I said before, Argentina and Brazil will always be rivals and there for the argument on who’s been and who is the best player will be there for ever, and that applies to all the greatest players worldwide. I thank those that came up with this crazy stuff, and even thanks to Maradona for being part of it. Peace out!!!

    totally, i really like to watch them play, i watched every second of every match. but man, they really played bad the whole tournament. the only game they played decently in was against japan. so, i know they had enormous potential, but they didn't fulfill it. so i guess, they are a bad TEAM. wonderful individual players, but not a good unit. too many egos. i really wish they would have done worth a S**t just think, if all of those greats had been on the sme page. the best example, against ghana, cafu was on the right side of the goal, ronaldinho was wide, and i mean WIDE open, and cafu selfishly took the shot. i think many players were trying to play for their own glory, and not for the team. i think the only players who played for the team were, ronaldinho, who mainly just passed the ball, robinho, who could have scored, but out of respect, passed it to ronaldo many times. and ze roberto. kaka too. and juan and lucio. the rest were just trying to make themselves look good, and that is why they lost. they deserved it. you reap what you sow. i wish it wasn't so, i love brasil, and the people, and the team, but they didn't play like a team. better luck next time.

      Pele played 3 world cups (although was injured in 1966 because all the European teams targeted him and kicked him off the pitch because they couldn't handle him). Brazil won 2 world cups with Pele in the side. Pele did not go to Europe, instead he played for the top Brazillian side of the day, Santos, and scored over 1000 league goals. He has been the gold standard by which all other great players are measured for almost half a century now and has always conducted himself with professionalism, humility and decorum. He is and always has been an embassador for the game and is liked and respected all over the world. Maradonna, on the other hand, although being blessed with considerable talent, has openly cheated on the pitch (1986 world cup) been a thug on the pitch (1990 world cup), been involved in gambling rings and match rigging, is a coccaine freak and has only just started to involve himself in coaching kids by means of attempting some redemption. Maradonna and Pele were similar in terms of ability - it is unlikely that the question of who was better will ever be truelly resolved - but in terms of being a professional, a man, an all round decent and inspirational human being, you would be hard pushed to find a better man than Pele, or a worse one than Maradonna.

      Tienes la razón y la comparto con tigo cuando te refieres a que hay mejores ejemplos como persona en general, y me atrevería a decir que él no es un ejemplo a seguir por lo de las drogas y todo lo negativo en que ha estado envuelto, aunque he escuchado que ha logrado sobrepasarlo (no se si es verdad)...pero mi pana, lo que Maradona ha hecho en la cancha como jugador, ya sea para Argentina o para Italia (el Napoli), ha sido lo MAXIMO.       I was beginning to think I was the only person who dared say it out loud...it seems like sacrilage to say somebody is better than Pele, but the simple fact is that Ronaldhino is better than Pele. And Pele was the Ronaldhino of his day. It's hard to compare, because Pele was in a different era, but pound for pound, pace, skill, poise, balance, control, strength, vision, imagination, skill again because he has so much of it, Ronaldhino is the better player. It's like he exists in another dimension and finds ours laughably easy to play football in. If only he had been born in England...still, Rooney's not all that bad.
