the dude with the broken foot probably got away and with some money for the "unnecessary force" used during his arrest.
Seriously ...how can you be a respectable judge and say yes to such things as a robber suing the owner of the house he broke his arm while robbing?

I'd be the kind of judge who would say "You have got to be kidding... get the fock outta here!"

There is an amazing lack of consideration for innocent life, firing a shotgun in a busy city centre.

This is NOT UK but could be Italy or Australia or many other countries.

If it wasn't for the police video time stamp I would be wondering if this was an organised crime 'hit'.

Now that's what I call a good cop. One thing though, check out the clock. It reads 11:47;50 and then the narrator says that "after a few mintes" and they cut off something. When they come back the clock doesn't move a few minutes but a couple of second.

Where was this fillmed as it sure looks like it could be from South Africa cos thats how the cops carry on in South Africa. Shoot first and ask questions later or take no prisoners cos the prisons are already too full, LOL

Genius tries to out run police in an old 4 cylinder truck, then is unarmed, the gangster who couldn't shoot straight.
