actuall the small suffs wat get deposited r fats, due to hi cholestrol level in bllod these cholestrol get deposited in the lumen of the blood vessel and get accumulated there which blocks the blood suplly to heart tissues,in affect the cardiac function and cause cardiac arrest /mi

This is call inflamation. when pathogens attack cells, injuring the cells around, the cells of our immune system are attracted at the site of injury, mediated by cytokines. They chew up the pathogens but also destroy normal cells and recruit more immune cells. The characteristic syptoms are: swelling, pain and heat (hence inflamation). If this happens in an artery, the process blocks blood flow leading to a heart attack! You don't need any sound to understand that.
