I live in the city where this supposedly took place and I definitely don't remember this. Also, there is NO channel 4 news in this area. At least try researching before trying to hoax something.

The first police car is actually the car running from the cops with lights added to it - that is why the semi cut the police car off. The bicycle guys is also added. Pretty good and funny.
