    Thats just a common stun gun...can buy those at pawn shops or surplus stores for $50! They commonly run off 9volt batteries! It has a small amplifier built into it which transforms the 9 volts into a higher voltage (anywhere from 10,000- 100,000) but with ZERO amps,so unless you have a really bad heart,it wont kill you. We used to play with those all the time in the Army in drinking games. First person to pass out got the crap tassed out of him (literally in some cases).

    Oh,and that glove he is wearing looks alot like my kevlar/nomex COOKING glove I use when I'm cooking something in the oven!
