prity nice if he reacts that way but what if after u put ur arm in the elbow insite area he just blows his elbow to ur face? =S

Hey guys !! just letting you all know that I am going to be getting a different Metacafe account in the next couple of weeks!! Ok guys,, I have another "Non" Self Defense Video,, But it is still really funny!! I titled it "Funny Animals" check it out !!!

instead of attaking you they decide to take control of that arm which is under their arm pit and in a perfect position for an arm lock with both of their hands...then they just take you to the ground and break the arm or whatever they decide to do...

Its good in principle but the fact is that unless you practice this loads you will probly end up on the floor with them.

what if they use that elbow that right by your head and sling it back in to your nose?
