    A better way to open a wine bottle for wine service in a fine restaurant would be exactly this way described, except try one variation.

    - When you have twisted the screw all the way in to the cork, instead of having the handle pointing toward your dominate hand, try having it facing away so that the elbow of the screw is on your hand side.

    - Take your pointer and middle fingers to pull the handle while pressing the elbow with your palm.

    The same result will occur, but by doing it this way, it allows you to keep your elbows at your sides and look more uniform.
    By doing it the way in the video, you have to lift your whole elbow in the air and it looks sloopy and like your opening a can of Juicy Juice instead of a fine bottle of wine.
