They are only a police, their responsibility is to keep the peace in the local area. How come they act like a judge!!! If the criminal must die, then it must go through the procedures, but not kill the gang members at the public places and in front of the public. However this action is called violence. Besides that, the gang members become like that is due to the social and enviromental force. All the society must pay responsibility on it but no kill him at the public.
